Shipping Options

Refinity.com has THREE ways for you to choose from when sending us your unwanted jewelry.

Option 1 - The Quickest Way

  1. Go to your local post office and pick up a "small flat rate" box.
  2. Create your account and fill out the Jewelry Processing Form. Choose the "I'll ship it myself" option at the bottom of the form. Then print this form which will contain your contact info and barcode.
  3. Place your unwanted jewelry inside a zip-top plastic bag and put this in the shipping box along with your printout of the Jewelry Processing Form. Write our address on the outside of the box and then take it to your post office. Refinity.com will reimburse you for $5.00 of postage fee when we send you your settlement offer.

Option 2 - The Easy, Cheaper Way With our FREE Refinity Kit

  1. Create your account and fill out the Jewelry Processing Form. Choose the "Send me a kit" option at the bottom of the form. A Refinity Kit will arrive at your door in 3-5 days. Read details about the Refinity Kit.
  2. Once your kit arrives, place your unwanted jewelry, along with your completed Jewelry Processing Form printed out from our web site, in the zip-top plastic bag provided and then place your items in the shipping box provided and securely seal it. The pre-paid shipping label which insures your items for up to $500 is already attached to the shipping box.
  3. Place the box in your mailbox for collection and delivery to Refinity.com.

Option 3 - Your Own Way

  1. Create your account and fill out the Jewelry Processing Form. Choose the "I'll ship it myself" option at the bottom of the form. Then print this form which will contain your contact info and barcode. Place this form and your unwanted jewelry inside a zip-top plastic bag. Place the bag inside a sturdy box or envelope of your choice.
  2. Write our address (shown above) directly on the box.
  3. Take your package to the post office, get it weighed, choose the postal rate you wish to use and send it to Refinity.com. We will refund $5.00 of the postage fee when we send your check.
  4. You can also choose to send your unwanted jewelry to Refinity.com using another postal carrier such as FedEx or UPS. Since FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, you will need to call us at 1-800-400-4430 for our street address.
