The FREE Refinity Kit Includes:
- One clear zip-top plastic bag. You will place your valuables and the Jewelry Processing Form that you print out from our web site in this bag.
- Sturdy shipping box with pre-addressed, pre-paid USPS shipping label to place all materials in.
- E-Label Record for your tracking purposes.
When you receive your Refinity Kit, please follow these 3 simple steps:
STEP 1 - If you haven’t already printed out your Jewelry Processing Form from our web site, log on to your Refinity.com account and print out the Jewelry Processing Form that you created when you signed up. This form contains your personal information AND the barcode that will be used to log you into our database upon receival of your package. Please be sure to include this printout with your package! Failure to do so will hold up your order processing.
STEP 2 - Collect your valuables and put them in the zip-top bag.
STEP 3 - Put the filled bag along with the Jewelry Processing Form into the pre-labeled shipping box. Secure the shipping box with tape. (Be sure not to cover the barcode). Then put the package in your mailbox. Your shipping box has a tracking number on it and will be traceable and insured for up to $500 through the USPS. Use the E-Label Record provided to track your package online. This will also serve as your receipt.
